If you aren't completely satisfied with your Mane purchase, we accept returns on gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components of styling tools are included.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once received, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process.
